Why Law Enforcement	I’ve always wanted to become a Police Officer ever since I was in middle school. I joined the Army while attending College and after completing college I applied for the Lafayette City Police Department in May of 2007. While on annual training for the Army I received a phone call on 08/13/2007 that I had been hired.
