Patrolman Jessica Hutnik responds to a call involving animal abuse. Upon arrival Hutnik makes contact with an African-American male. After some quick questioning, the suspect becomes reluctant to provide identification. The suspect then proceeds to back into his home and resist arrest. A struggle takes place and backup arrives. The suspect is pepper sprayed and tazed before being handcuffed and led to the patrol car. Patrolman Hutnik debriefs the supervisor while the officers decide to take the dog in for evaluation.
