Officers Coughennower and Weispfenning are dispatched to an intoxicated subject fleeing from a bar with her child in a stroller. The woman is found a short ways away arguing with good samaritans trying to protect the child.  The woman is arrested for public intoxication and child endangerment.  The woman’s daughter is released to the custody of her great grandmother, and she is transported to jail.  The bartender is interviewed, and explains the woman came in to fill out an application for a job.  The woman then got drunk and fought with other patrons in the bar which started the ordeal and prompted calls to police.
