Officer Sarah Hill of the Boise Police Department spots car making a turn without signaling. She initiates a traffic stop and discovers the driver has a suspended license, she begins to question driver, who all the while clamors for a cigarette. Officer Hill requests a K-9 to do an open air sniff of the vehicle for narcotics. The K9 alerts, and while searching the vehicle, meth is found inside one of the cigarette packs that the driver had already said were hers. Driver cusses and fusses, saying meth is not hers. Other passengers do not take responsibility for the drugs. The driver is arrested for possession and driving with a suspended license.
