Deputy William Hultman of the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, GA attempts to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. The vehicle slow rolls and the driver bails out on foot. After a foot chase that lead Deputy Hulman through a fence, the suspect is tazed by another deputy and taken into custody. The suspect ran because of an indictment warrant. The lady who works at the hotel where property damage occurred comes out for report information, and is shocked to find out suspect is her child’s father.

We ran a large circle around an apartment complex and he literally ran right back to my FTO who was standing behind a rather large man as to not be seen. As soon as he got close Deputy Milford grabbed him. |
